01About me
I’m Saro, 20, from Germany. The ideas for my mods are mine, and I run the project: what the mod should do, how it feels, which versions it gets and what happens in support. Friends help me with textures, and sometimes I make them myself.
By now that’s over 60 projects. A lot of them are things I missed in the game myself: road signs, barriers, money, construction stuff. You can probably tell that I like excavators and police cars.
When I’m not working on mods, I’m busy with Die Minewache, our police series in Minecraft.
Building project
I have over 60 projects on CurseForge and Modrinth. Here’s a selection of my favourites, led by my most downloaded mod.

Die Minewache is a Minecraft machinima series about the police of NewCity, a made-up city. There are car chases, criminal cases and calls that sometimes get serious and emotional. I founded the series in October 2022 and I’m still its director, its tech person and usually its editor.
We shoot every second Saturday, fully online. To make that work, I built the tech myself: a custom mod with camera tools, a launcher for the team and an OBS plugin that syncs every camera by timecode. That way several people can film at once, and everything lines up straight away in the edit.
By now there are over 90 episodes in six seasons. Clips run on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, some of them with hundreds of thousands of views. We’re always looking for actors, camera people, builders, developers and editors. The series is in German, so you should speak it.
The Minewache site used to live here on sarocesch.de. You’ll now find it on minewache.de.
